Akasha1885. • 2 yr. ago. With 1.7 you can lvl stewardship to get perks that allow you to "donate" battle loot to you troops to raise their lvls, it's highly effective. Other than that you could try to make 2nd groups of any type and have one be "heavy armor". the higher tier troops should be in the heavy armor grp. 9.
