The battery health indicator is just a vague measurement. I’ve had an iPhone with 90% battery health that would only last 2-3 hours but I’ve also had an iPhone with 75% battery health that would last me almost the whole day. Before the battery change you should fully back up your data.

The iPhone 12 Pro Max is my first iPhone ever and the battery life is crazy. Where my pixel would be at 20-30% at the end of a work day (coming from 100%) from just sending several texts, a little googling, and some social media. I only lost about 10% (if that) on this phone.
iOS 16.1 battery drain FIX. After updating my 5 moth old 13Pro to iOS16.1 i began to experience HORRIBLE SOT. Drainage happened in idle and using only light task apps throughout the day (notes, twitter, reddit) my battery plummets. I was getting 3 to 4h of SOT (i had 8 to 10h SOT in 16.0.3). • A lot of people blamed native and 3rd party apps
Thanks for the assurance, i guess i got used to mid-range Android phones with huge battery capacities. I think 100 hours of standby would be good for an Android device. I get more than 100 hours on my previous phone which was the Redmi note 10 pro. Usage on my previous phone got me about 2-3 days of light to moderate use compared to the iphone
Awful! I came from an 11 pro and love the size. But even my 2 year old “82%” capacity 11 lasted much longer than this. With a better camera too. I’m averaging a loss of 70% over a 4 hour time span of very minimal use. I find myself always needing to charge and worrying about leaving the house for longer than an errand. I’m exchanging
Strangely, mine did this too. iPhone 14 Pro but on its initial software. Battery life was terrible, maybe not as bad as yours, but after about a month, and after the iPhone learns how you use it, it has gotten way better. My battery life lasts for a full day and I've even pulled an all nighter with it. I compiled a ranking of all iPhone battery capacities and found that out of the 37 models that have released so far, the 13 Mini ranks 22nd at 2406 mAh vs the 11 Pro's 3046 mAh, putting it at the 12th best battery life just right after the 13 Pro's mAh.
same, before updating there was idle drain of 1–2% for a night but after the 16.4 update the idle drain is above 20% every morning my phone is at around 15% with battery saver on no app usage is shown in the battery settings and weather app is not working. worst 16 update. anyone reading this and thinking to update to 16.4 should think once
I’m about done with my SE 2020s battery (now 86% capacity) and debating getting a new battery installed, swapping the whole thing for an iPhone 11 for the big bump in battery power, or upgrading to the SE 2022. All three options have been tied for too long. 5. JayRyan76. Kh0o9Wm.
