I recently bought both expansions and I fell in love with Druid. I want to play it, but need to get level 80. I know that everyone should level up normally to learn how to play the class and dont get lost at endgame, but I feel that by doing this I learn how to play with ranger, and from what I saw, druid is WAY different.
yes get pof if you like the game but do not skip to level 80 you will be lost in the end game. TheeRighteous • 3 yr. ago. Yes, you get full gear and a build. You can then play the game from the start since your level is adjusted. You learn quicker because you have the proper build. Durruk • 3 yr. ago. Using the level 80 boost gives you a set of exotic gear, yes, but it will be bound to the character you used the boost on. On the other hand, you can use it on a character that has already reached max level, like your thief. If you don't want to use the boost as a way to bypass levelling another character, this might be the easiest way for you I'm a newish player (came back after leveling an engineer to 80 in 2012) and I'm pretty pleased so far with my level 20 warrior. I know this is the character I want to play, but I also have read about masteries and how they're earned by earning experience once you reach level cap in each major zone. 3 options. Doesn't matter. Getting the mounts isn't any easier or harder with the right build. Necromancer, as the lvl 80 boost gear is a decent condition damage set, as opposed to getting soldiers gear on the other classes which is lackluster outside of wvw. Mesmer, as leveling a mesmer sucks. ChmSteki. The grind is the worst part about MMO's, just boost it. Especially since you get the feel of your core class but once you're 80 you need to collect more masteries to level you elite spec then need to learn to play the elite spec you choose. I'd buy 80 boosters from the store 100% if they were available. 0-80 seems like a waste of time to me.

Instead type "Zhed". If you mostly play alone on your reaper I suggest a gear set that brings you to 67% crit chance so that when you enter shroud you have 100%. Here is one example. Look at the gear tab. The build that is linked there is also extremly good as it gives you extended shroud duration.

Posted February 7, 2020. The community generally advises against boosting, but since you struggle to stick with the game, I'd go ahead with it. My only concern is how valuable the lvl 80 boost is, if you can make do with for example tomes of knowledge, I'd use them instead. If you find exploration boring or something, buy an xpac, use one lvl 80 boost on an alt account, play the first half of the story step of PoF, get your mount, go back to your lvl 40 character, and explore the world with it :D 8lsoD.
