EA Latium Sep 17, 2020 @ 4:15pm. Yes and no, it will have more chances for Quick, and the father being Genius will increase the chances for a better "version" of it, such as Intelligent and Genius. Traits "linger" however, so even if the kid hasn't got it, if he'll have a Wife with Quick or one of them, the chances are gonna pretty high.
Most of the time it's better to take a one step reduction in education trait than to end up with a mess of bad personality traits. Hope this helps. EDIT: One thing I forgot to add is that having negative congenital intelligence traits has a strong negative effect if they are present on either child or educator, so avoid educators with those.
