Vladek. My 2011 Ford Focus mk 2.5 1.6 TDCi 110HP suddenly takes a lot of time to start which is made even worse if the car has been parked overnight. It used to start instantly without even hearing the starter motor trying to turn the engine. The problem showed up last week and it seems like it gets worse over time.
I have the exact same issue on my 2006 ML2 Focus Saloon 1.6L Automatic, Transmission Malfunction message on dash and car is clunky when engaging Drive on gearbox and car is sluggish taking off. Mechanic says gearbox is not going into 1st gear for some reason, hence explaining the sluggishness, otherwise the car is operating and driving fine.
