Make it a 2 body-shot kill, give it the Zoom scope from the Marksman Rifle Mk2 and slightly buff the fire rate. Or keep the very slow fire rate, give it the Heavy Sniper Mk2 Advanced scope and, again, 2 body-shot kill. And a mod to increase ammo capacity. That might actually make it useful and justify the hefty price tag.
