Jeff Killed John is the band's self-titled EP and simultaneously their last release before they changed their name to Bullet For My Valentine. It was self-released by the band in 2003. The night before recording the EP, bassist Nick Crandle left the band. His replacement, Jason "Jay" James, played bass guitar on two tracks on the EP. Some of the music on the EP would later be reworked into Liv2gyv.
