I selected the two items (below) and closed my game and just let it download and install. I installed 2 things. Multiplayer Pack 22gb Multiplayer/Special Ops compatibility pack Do not install anything other than these two things. I have entered a game and restarted the PS5 and it still works. If anything changes I shall update.

Press options on the ps5 dashboard, manage game content then select it there. The games gonna crash every match just FYI tho.
